Massive carp spawning in the lillies. I saw at least 15 of them today up to 30lb splashing around. While watching them I also saw 3 very large bream, also spawning. Then to top it all off I scared a shoal of perch fry which leapt out and landed on the lily pads and wriggled off (eventually). Pond is looking healthy and I have also had confirmation that the council are sorting the banks and footpaths..
All good then.
