Pond Rules

1. All members must be in possession of current E.A rod licence.

2. All members must be in possession of a current club permit and must be produced on request by bailiff / other club members.

3. Permits are not transferable.

4. No fish to be removed.

5. Keep nets are not allowed ( except in matches )

6. Night fishing is allowed on the strict understanding that members doing so must inform a committee member / bailiff. A permit or permission will be given.

7. Maximum of two rods allowed at any time. Due consideration must be given to anglers in adjacent pegs.

8. No fires allowed.

9. No discarded line or litter must be left on the bank. TAKE ALL LITTER HOME even if left by others. Nobody enjoys fishing in a rubbish dump.

10. The financial year shall run from 1^st January to 31^st December. Permits must be renewed by the end of March.

11. No vehicular access allowed from Pinfold Lane. Parking here is strictly for residents only.

The area around the pond is a site of special scientific interest and also a bird sanctuary. Please do not damage any vegetation or trees.
